Father James Schall discusses his newest book at the Catholic Information Center site. His book collects various writings from his career that give a picture of what it means to think as a Catholic. If you’ve read Fr. Schall, you know that he always thinks with the mind and the heart of the Church. This compilation is a gift to us when society is full of muddied thinkers.
For any of you who studied philosophy at Catholic University as I did, Fr. Schall labels it the one place in the country that you can still do real philosophy. He also labels Msgr. Sokolowski as one of the greatest thinkers of our time. Fitting praise from another fine thinker.
